Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition - Americas

Job Description

Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, the Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the Talent organization in the Americas region.  This role will help to drive the Global Talent Acquisition approach, and will implement the plans and programs for their region, as defined by the Talent VP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive defined Talent strategies & programs within the regional team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the regional business groups, while also serving as a subject matter expert for Talent
  • Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement of the regional Talent function, and collaborate with the VP of Talent to implement processes, policies, and governance
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and HR operations teams to provide effective thought-leadership and real-time solutions
  • Provide leadership and direction to the regional Talent Acquisition team
  • Lead diversity efforts for the region, and continue to drive recruiting best practices, while ensuring strong communication, implementation of initiatives, and measureable deliverables throughout the organization
  • Collaborate on driving the regional intern and college graduate programs
  • Partner with global HR and Talent teams to provide a great candidate and new hire experience that aligns with our company vision and values

Required Qualifications:

  • The Sr. Manager should be a passionate leader with demonstrated success in attracting and developing key new talent and developing existing talent
  • A successful candidate will have experience in successfully building, managing, motivating and mentoring regional teams
  • Can clearly articulate a compelling vision of the company’s value as a subsidiary of Intel and unique market position as the global leader in security
  • A university degree in the field of business or a related discipline. A Masters in Business Administration or an advanced degree is a strong plus.
  • 10 plus years of corporate experience in  Talent Acquisition; corporate security industry experience is desired
