Business Development Manager - AI

Job Description
This is a commissioned position. Evaluates and manages new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures. Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Provides leadership in the planning, designing, due diligence, and implementing of strategic business objectives. Defines vision, strategies, and tactics. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


The AI Business Development Manager - will build upon and contribute to a world-class revenue generating team. This individual will drive new business sales of Intel's AI offerings by utilizing a successful history of sales, excellent team leadership and managerial skills and a passion for high impact performance to develop the right environment, processes and team that will foster sustained revenue expansion, market share and talent growth. The BDM will continue to enhance the sales capabilities through proper coaching, leveraging sales / production metrics, collaboration with internal partners and building / execution of a solid sales strategy for his/her industryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex "Big Data"/Predictive Analytics/AI Technology Sales. In addition to being a strong leader, coach and mentor, they must be an excellent communicator who is highly motivated, passionate, and driven by the challenge of advancing a sales team, increasing sales and meeting / exceeding goals and objectives. The successful candidate will also possess a proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage resources. The position will report into the Global Head - Strategic Sales.QualificationsRequirements:High-impact performer - Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and objectivesPeople-focused - Motivational coach and trainer, with the ability to build positive and productive working relationships and foster creativity, innovation and integrity within a team Sales and revenue focused - In-depth knowledge and experience in solution sales methodology with excellent closing and negotiation skills A Hands on Leader - Actively involved with team members closing deals in client meetings Intellectually curious - Demonstrated ability to keep up with market trends and adapts approach to the environment Ability to identify, attract and recruit top talent Bachelors Degree 5+ years of Sales leadership experience Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth, matrixed and complex environment Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Understanding and exposure to P&Ls and financial management Strong sense of accountability and responsibility High degree of perseverance and passion
