Provides administrative support to 4 Directors in ISG's Government and Education Team. The successful candidate requires in-depth knowledge of company operations, policies, and procedures. Individual must be proactive, with a high level of initiative, ability to anticipate next steps and be a strong communicator both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability is a must, along with the ability to prioritize. The candidate should have experience working with senior level directors and be able to assist and cover for VPs admin. Experience working with external/3rd parties is required. The ideal candidate will have wide-ranging experience, use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues. The candidate will also be expected to work smoothly and professionally with other senior admins to help facilitate timely and accurate planning. Must be able to handle a fast pace and ever changing requests along with being extremely pro-active. Candidate will also assist in coordinating activities within the Government and Education Team, F2F coordination and external customer meetings, etc. Typical duties may include but are not limited to the following: drafts and composes emails using Microsoft outlook, handles and disposes of confidential information schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar/schedules for manager and/or department makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports maintains office supplies serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures.

3-5 years of previous experience as an administrative assistant in a fast paced and dynamic work environment in the following areas:
• Accustomed to travel management, expense report generation and tracking, meeting support and logistics.
• Internet-driven tools and apps to coordinate with geographically dispersed team preferred.
• Strong MS suite skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lync & Skype Meetings, SharePoint, and ability to stay current with new and evolving technology.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details.
• Strong organizational skills
