Work in lockstep with the Photography Design Leads and the Motion Design Leads to estimate projects, develop production approach, source vendors, and assemble project based internal production teams to support manageable and efficient project execution
Create detailed production calendars and budgets and work with our Account Management team to facilitate approvals and stay on budget
Liaise with the Creative and Account departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication between departments
Be the leading day-to-day steward of work on each assigned project from inception to delivery- Anticipate and resolve conflicts with grace and diplomacy and manage artist schedules and project load
Responsible for the planning and/or production of creative assets video, animation, photography, graphic design for corporate marketing and communications needs.

The Senior Print/Design Lead Producer will be instrumental in collaborating and shaping the creative output and workflow structure of the design group at IGPL.
This role requires an individual who is has strong production knowledge, is creative, andthrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment. Must be a strong problem solver, have a vision for implementing process, a passion for production and eye for great design. Strong client management, organization and communication skills are vital to this role.
The Senior Print/ Design Lead Producer will report to the Executive Producer of Post Production at IGPL and will be responsible for working closely with Account managers at Agency Inside and the Photography and Design leads at IGPL to help successfully deliver A+ grade work based on delivered creative briefs.
5-7 years print production and art buying experience in a creative agency or production company
