As a Senior Customer Quality Reliability Engineer you will be part of the EMEA Customer Quality and Reliability team and be responsible for providing quality support services to EMEA and WW Automotive Customers. This role will require a level of international travel. As the CQRE (Customer Quality & Reliability Engineer), your technical expertise will be required to support our automotive customers by providing debug, fault isolation and failure analysis at platform and component level to Solve Our Customers' Technical Quality Problems Fast. This may include onsite customer support and enabling services. You will possess strong communication and data analysis skills enabling you to collaborate with Division, Factory partners to analyse product health data and drive root cause and continuous product improvement. As a senior engineer you will own and develop equipment capability to support the required debug and test of returns to the required level. Customer engagement is a core part of this role and you will be expected to have developed product knowledge to provide technical support to the customer during the HVM ramp and sustaining of the product. Experience in the Automotive Industry is desirable.

You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant discipline with 5yrs experience in the Automotive industry. - Knowledge of Intel Architecture - Strong data analysis and technical report writing skills are required. - Strong communication skills (verbal/written). - Proven ability in using structured problem solving techniques to solve complex problems is desirable.- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment is essential. - Knowledge of functional test equipment is preferred. - Experience debugging with ITP (in target probe)/Lauterbach would be an advantage - Competence in a Lab environment, using tools such as Oscilloscopes, Logic Analysers In-System Debug tools is required. -Experience working in the automotive industry with a knowledge of Quality systems and methodologies eg. 8D, FMEA is preferred. -A track history of running successful projects and improvement programmes.
