Job Description: Intel's Client Computing Group (CCG) is an exciting place to work leading the Systems Engineering (SE) charge in Intel. The Windows Systems Engineering (WSE) team is looking for a strong leader to drive end-to-end methodology adoption within integration validation execution on client and mobile products. The candidate will be responsible for at least 2 programs in parallel, ensuring that key deliverables in the Systems Engineering workflow are executable for our teams. In this role, the candidate will lead cross-organizational teams to translate platform requirements into executable integration validation plans. As an SE Lead for our projects, the candidate will partner with team members to deliver innovative approaches and improvements to increase velocity of program execution. He/she will have the opportunity to influence strategies execution across requirements development, product execution, and decision making across the lifecycle of CCG products. This role is a direct-line SE connection into our execution teams, ensuring that they have the training support needed to increase maturity improvement in our best practices.Many of our stakeholders are located in the US with opportunities to drive face-to-face collaboration, but additionally the candidate will partner with key stakeholders abroad on how to ensure good handshakes consistency between teams, across projects.The established Systems Engineering processes in CCG are in effect leveraged for all platforms on our roadmap, and involve every key stakeholder team that is critical to delivering our silicon, software, and systems solution products. As an integral part of the WSE team, the candidate will have the opportunity to have significant influence on our projects, how our engineers get their jobs done, and also learn a lot about the teams people that we engage with on a daily basis. It's a highly collaborative environment which we work in, and we're looking for that next team member to help us out. We constantly are identifying resolving technical problems, and removing roadblocks from the execution path of our teams.


BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent Demonstrated knowledge in:1) Leading workgroups or projects that involve project definition (architecture) execution (development, integration, validation, debug)2) Process implementation tools for Agile software development and/or DevOps best practices3) Process definition, milestones, and workflow for Software (SDLC) and product development lifecycles (PLC)4) Methods to communicate and drive consensus across stakeholders on new solutions, process, or prioritiesAt least 3 years of experience in the following areas with demonstrated results:a) Formal project management experience in hardware, firmware, software, and/or systems; PMP or similar credential preferredb) Identify, explore, and drive resolution to critical issues that impact our teams projectsc) Developing, updating, and communicating progress through data-driven indicators to program or stakeholder forums, as well as to managementAdditional Preferred Qualifications:- Database management of requirements, tests, defects, etc - Experience with HSD-ES or Jama is a plus- Technical design or development of tool-based solutions or methodology - Excel macros, business intelligence/reporting methods, database content management traceability- Training development delivery for standardized requirements processes requirements quality, systems development integration, or validation- Has a foundational understanding of Systems Engineering principles objectives
