Senior Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Provide administrative support to Attorneys and their teams. The successful candidate would perform various administrative duties, including but not limited to: onsite support schedules and coordinates logistics for meetings and events organizes and manages calendar schedules for manager and/or department makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports purchases and maintains office supplies orders catering serves as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures is a resource for office related software applications and working in a team with other admins.


The successful candidate is: Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excellent Outlook skills Quick study on learning Intel-specific tools and processes, good judgment Proficient in proactive calendar management. - Web, SharePoint experience a plus. Efficient in booking domestic/international travel Efficient and precise in entering expense reports Serving as an information resource/communication channel for policies and procedures and being a resource for office related software applications A problem solver that provides good judgment when making routine recommendations. A team player Proactive in looking at processes, solutions to problems. Good judgment in handling confidential information Self-motivated, organized, customer oriented, able to multitask, as well as be comfortable in an environment of ambiguity. Able to adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Able to work with minimal supervision - Anticipates logistical and tactical issues Handle multiple issues/responsibilities while maintaining a high level of performance. Meeting planning, filing documents in legal file room, maintaining data in Sharepoint sites Minimum Education: HS diploma or equivalent Candidate will be working with a group of 7-9 attorneys, and other admins Intel experience strongly desired**Local candidates only ****Business Unit: BLG Law Group
