The Leadership & Learning Specialist will be expected to bring a dynamic and enthusiastic approach while they collaborate with Director of Leadership and Learning, business leadership and HR Business Partners to identify needs, develop integrated curricula, and design and manage targeted leadership and OD solutions. This role will be responsible for the leadership learning strategy and performance management.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and affiliation of “best in class practices” in a fast paced, high tech industry with the ability to implement applications and processes from inception to high performing stages. We are seeking a strategic leader with a strong vision for the future, a proven ability to design and implement programs that drive an organization towards future objectives and one who will lead and implement change throughout the system. This individual should be a subject matter expert and internal consultant to the organization, with the ability to drive strategy and deliver measurable results.
