This is a technical project management position. You will be the One-Voice for the program. Main responsibility is to drive & track program execution against schedule, risk management and communication to the stakeholders from early pre-silicon through post silicon for manufacturing and electrical validation operations. This includes early program engagement with stakeholders to scope out the project including Product life Cycle expectations, drive product life cycle check points. Tracks execution progress against program schedule, track sightings and blocking issues resolution. Provides ongoing program status reviews to key stakeholders. Chair the Analog Validation Council AVC Forum. Participate in the programs forums train release planning under SCRUM environment, train feature support. Ownership of the program H/W and resource needs Boards, Units, Test cards, thermal infrastructure, resources, etc. Manage program health indicators, communicate and escalates to upper management and external teams as necessary. Actively drive adaptation of convergence and standardization of methodologies and processes during execution.

BS or MS Degree in EE or CE, plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience. Program management degree is a plus.-Strong knowledge and hands on experience in project/program management-Strong understanding of pre and post Si development processes, flows and deliverables. -Knowledge in design fundamentals, manufacturing flows, and platform validation operations.-Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills-Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and across geos.
