Job Description
FAIE is responsible for analyzing and optimizing fab performance through technology node transitions. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining accurate capacity planning models Using statistical analysis to maintain and audit manufacturing capacity information Designing and coordinating improvement projects Partnering with management to develop applications to improve production metrics Evaluating scenarios representing changes in MOR/TOR, performing what if scenarios, and partnering with engineering and production to understand the impact of the changes Partnering with the area managers to keep updated on area issues, priorities, and projects


Qualifications: Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills Advanced understanding of area tool configurations, capabilities, processes, and mechanical functionality Advanced understanding of manufacturing science (scheduling, inventory management, capacity planning, etc.) Proven ability to communicate and present effectively Demonstrated skill at prioritizing area projects for engineering and production based on capacity and cycle time needs Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects Strong collaborating and team-working skills Demonstrated analytical problem solving skills Proven time management, organization, and prioritization skills Proven ability to follow procedures and work with minimal supervision Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes
