Senior Solution Developer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working to support strategic accounts in their development efforts with IntelR Software Guard Extensions IntelR SGX for servers. They will be a technical consultant and provide support to third party product developers. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure software products by leading software vendors ISVs and corp. developers are built leveraging Intel's latest and upcoming platforms and technologies. Support and influence SW developers during all phases of the SW development cycle including feature definition, project setup, project execution, and technical support for go-to-market. Providing technical training, consultation, and hands-on assistance to SW developers in areas of architecture, technologies, code development, testing and tuning of SW applications. As an Intel technology expert, author technical papers and training courses provide expertise to customers and peer Intel orgs. Contribute to Intel SGX product development by providing technical feedback to the SGX product teams.


Required Skills: --B.S or M.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent--Background / technical knowledge in security and security services, in particular data center security--Proficiency developing with open source components--Comfortable with C/C++/C and scripting languages--Background / familiarity with Server OS's Red Hat, WinServer, ... and virtual machines VMware, Xen, Hyper-V, ...--Proficiency in code optimization, performance scaling, multi-threading.--Experience with virtualization and networking technologies--Strong understanding of server side software, scalability, performance, and reliability --Demonstrable experience working face to face with customers--Strong analytical and problem-solving skills--Strong verbal and written communication skills--Ability to ramp quickly in new subject areas- minimum 10 years experience in relevant field with externally facing customers
