In this position you will be part of Pre Si Quality and Reliability corporate group supporting CPU and HIPs or most advanced Intel processes. You will be responsible for reliability validation in the design phase focused on minimizing aging impact, interconnect reliability, ESD/LU, design/package interaction, electro-migration and more. An important aspect of the role will be to assess risks associated with design/process marginalities and drive resolution with partners from the design, architecture and manufacturing teams.

B.Sc/M.Sc/PhD in Electrical Engineering or EE and physics,or EE and material science.
with 3-5 years of experience and knowledge :
Must: device physics, circuit operation, design methodology timing, noise, RV, layout as well as understanding performance/reliability/power trade off.
Advantage- Experience in programming/scripting language such as Python, Perl, VB,
Excellent communication and presentation skills Good written and spoken English, Ability to effectively work in a team environment, Well organized with the ability to manage multitasks.
