Supply Chain Integrator

Job Description
Plans/manages Supply Chain programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the supply chain team and key interfaces to factory and business unit. Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identifies tasks, determines dependencies, identifies and assigns specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule. Assesses risk and identifies issues. Monitors progress against schedule. Coordinates resources with other functions. Reviews user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgment in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.


Qualifications

Successful candidate should have extensive knowledge in factory operations and supply chain and is able to execute flawlessly complex supply chain strategy into the factory. The job requires strong communication and interaction skills to integrate procurement, quality, sourcing, inventory management in support of ramp thru product end of life. This is an senior individual contributor role. Successful candidate must have a track record working at all levels of the supply chain to enable results. Candidates applying for this position should have a minimum tertiary education with at least 10 years expertise in factory integration.
