Intel Security Group iSecG is undergoing a transformation to become a leading provider of integrated solutions to the most advanced persistent security threats. Under the General Manager and his leadership team, the business is growing, profitable, and positioned for leadership in one of the fastest growing and important areas of technology. The Channel business is over 80% of Enterprise segment of iSecG. This is an exciting time for the group and for finance to partner with the business to drive high impact GTM strategies.The WW Channels Finance Manager position reports to the WW Sales Controller and matrixes to the WW Channel and Global Channels program teams. The role is responsible for driving all finance related activities including strategy, metrics, investment criteria and reporting relating to Channel Programs and Initiatives. The position works across Geo Channel Sales Finance, Sales and Operations to drive the Finance agenda through Channel Programs, including the annual and quarterly planning process, Comp Plan and quota development, Channel Capacity and Coverage analysis. As part of the role, the position analyzes investment opportunities and effectiveness to make recommendations to management on optimal GTM programs using MDF and rebates to achieve its strategies. The position is expected to present to Sr. Management on Financials and strategy related to the Channel Teams. This position overseas an FP&A resource that manages channel headcount, bookings and operational expenses, as well as analytical capabilities to drive the Channel strategies analyses and overall effectiveness.
The individual must be highly motivated, have 8+ years of proven experience dealing with difficult and time urgent business challenges. The role will require a combination of independence, senior management influence and composure along with excellent strategic thinking, analytical, partnering, and communication skills. The applicant will also have demonstrated competence in advanced analytics, competitive analysis, and with experience in Decision Quality methods is a plus. Channels and Software experience is a plus. The candidate must have a Bachelor's, Master's or MBA degree in Finance, Business or Accounting or related field. Three plus years of Intel/Intel Security Finance experience is preferred.
