LATAM and US Benefits Specialist

Job Description

The Benefits Administrator will report directly to the Director of Global Benefits and will have overall responsibility for benefit programs across Latin American countries and will have the opportunity to provide support to select US benefit programs. This position will be based in Cordoba, Argentina.


  • Collaborate with internal/external business partners, vendors and program managers to develop and maintain operational excellence.
  • Partner with Global Benefits Director and local HR to implement policies and deliver benefit and wellness programs
  • Manage high profile benefits escalations received from employees, management and HR Business Partners.
  • Analyze benefits escalations, assess root cause, implement solutions to reduce escalations and improve processes.
  • Responsible for providing data analysis, metrics reporting, and ensuring timely delivery to stakeholders.
  • Partner with global benefits team on global wellness and benefit initiatives.
  • Partner with US Benefits Admin on US benefit programs. US Projects/programs assigned by Global Benefits Director as bandwidth permits.
  • Drives other special projects where needed.


  • 5 years benefits experience, with a focus on benefits administration, project and vendor management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Outstanding communication skills (listening, needs assessment, empathy)
  • Must be a self-starter, possess excellent organization and critical thinking skills
  • Effective English and Spanish verbal and written skills
  • Knowledge of local programs, plans and regulatory requirements in Latin America
  • Exceptional partnership, influence and conflict resolution skills
  • Thrive in an environment with an agenda for change, growth, and innovation.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High professional standards and strong customer experience mentality
