Supply Chain Program Project Manager Technical
Job Description Equipment Workforce Capability Assembly Test EWC AT. EWC AT is responsible for ATTD and ATM equipment technology training, knowledge capture, BB and GB equipment performance improvement, supplier management and program management, which enables workforce capability solutions to support: quality, velocity & affordability ramp readiness for TD/HVM.The core role and responsibilities of a EWC AT SCPPM include, but are not limited to the following: Represent equipment performance support & training in commercial Tier management reviews, commercial negotiations, cost analysis and equipment selections to meet technology development, ramps and factory startups. Address supplier RAMP risk through development and implementation of:-Effective human performance and/or training strategies -Define training and/or performance terms and conditions in corporate purchase agreements. -Manage supplier training/ Field Service health and define contingency/risk mitigation plans. Assess effectiveness of supplier equipment training using standardized evaluation techniques to continuously improve quality, and customer and partner satisfaction. Lead suppliers to design & develop efficient training materials and instructors according to Intel specification 20-0254, supporting Supplier Field Service and equipment personnel certifications. Apply technical knowledge, Human Performance Technology, and training expertise to solve factory problems and provide solutions. Detailed supplier RAMP planning will include managing: equipment training content, equipment sustaining requirements e.g. Field Service Support readiness. Corrective and Preventative maintenance, and Predictive Maintenance best equipment training delivery methods, equipment training pilot evaluations and overall equipment workforce performance capability RAMP readiness quality. Plan and facilitate with development & factory engineering to implement new equipment workforce capability for factory startups and equipment process improvements. Detailed planning will include pilot assessments, delivery quality, delivery capacity and timing for Intel and supplier technician training. Evaluate and report to internal stakeholders on effectiveness of supplier equipment workforce capability readiness using standardized evaluation and measurement e.g. impact in terms of workforce readiness cycle time, cost savings etc. techniques and assessments to address changes to requirements, quality, and customer and partner escalations. Ensure that the cost i.e. money spent by Factories/TD of supplier training is effectively and efficiently processed through the Intel equipment training business processes and tools.
This position requires a minimum Bachelor or a Master of Science degree in: engineering, Human Performance Technology/Engineering, Instructional Systems Design, or their equivalent, with at least two years relevant experience working with TMG to implement cross organizational multi-factory goals.Additional qualifications include demonstrated:1. Ability to achieve results & strong project management skills, requiring minimal direction and high ambiguity within TMG and GSM environment.2. Excellent skills to lead and influence the appropriate level of TMG and GSM stakeholders/management without direct authority, including counterparts in GAR, GER, and GAM.3. Strong written & verbal communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and work effectively with customers and suppliers at all levels of the organization.4. Flexible work hours to accommodate GAR business requirements as a normal everyday requirement and ability to travel internationally as business requires occasional.5. Experience working within the Intel supply chain.6. Demonstrated analytical problem solving, data analysis, statistics, design of experiments, and process control skills.7. Ability to apply and achieve results through Human Performance Analysis and on key training concepts such as ADDIE model, Kirkpatrick training evaluations, technical and business assessments.8. Strong knowledge of Assembly Test manufacturing process and equipment functionality in the technical environment.9. Strong quality, reliability, and Lean methodology knowledge of System module manufacturing would be an added advantage.
