Supports the implementation of corporate policies related to human resource at the business unit or division level. Responsible for the delivery and communication of a variety of human resources programs and policies encompassing several areas of human resources, including employee relations, compensation benefits, training, etc. Assignments may include development, implementation, and evaluation of programs or policies, and may focus on service delivery within a segment, providing advice and recommendations. May provide input to or define short and long term goals and objectives for human resource service delivery.

Inside this Business Group
You have several years of experience in the field of HR, ideally with a relevant degree in Human Resources. Your track record showcase effective program management skills, case management negotiation experience as well as project management capabilities including employee relations engagement. You are is expected to leverage organizational capability principles and tools to improve individual employee, group or organizational effectiveness.
You will work closely with management to implement HR policies and/or programs at business unit/country level, you will coach, mentor and advise managers in the assigned biz groups to demonstrate the desired behaviours and drive sustainable high performance and growth culture.
Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, data analysis, and problem solving. Program and project management capabilities. Track record in managing stakeholders and customers, like business groups, management teams . Experience related to HR processes in employee relations and organizational capability as well as change and transition management. Interest to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment, working self-reliantly.
Fluent English and Polish is a must; additional knowledge of any EU language will be a plus.
