F68 IE Site Inventory Control team is mainly responsible for analyzing and optimizing fab performance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to-Applying industrial engineering concepts to operations management, capacity analysis, scheduling, and production planning-Using statistical analysis to optimize fab performance metrics and audit manufacturing capacity information-Partnering with management to develop applications to improve production metrics-Partnering with R&D, process, and equipment engineering to plan for future product introduction-Driving innovation by researching and using new data modeling techniques and tools-Driving projects to ensure that deliverables are completed within the required timeframe-Innovating and implementing best-in-class predictive models and decision tools to address business needs-Communicating data findings and recommending solutions to diverse audiences-Business Plan feed and Partnering with global stakeholders to support supply and demand changesQualification:-Advanced data extraction, analysis, and reporting skills-Strong understanding of statistics, data analysis, and problem solving-Advanced understanding of manufacturing science scheduling, inventory management, and capacity planning-Strong ability to communicate and present effectively-Proven ability to organize and efficiently facilitate meetings and project teams-Proven ability in multi-tasking projects, time management, organization, and prioritization skills-Intermediate understanding of database management methods and techniques-Proven ability to troubleshoot complex problems and address root causes-Good English skill, Fast learner, Detail orientation and Strong team workEducation requirement:-Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering Science. -Industrial Engineering, Mathematics Statistics Science is preferred.
