Job Description This Job Code includes the following roles:This is a senior director in the organization that leads our worldwide commercial drone product management and system integration. In this role, the ideal candidate would ensure that our products, features and accessories meet the needs of the commercial drone market key vertical segments. The Product Manager will take a systems integration and systems engineering approach to ensure all elements of the product are delivered with the features, price point and timing to meets the customers' expectations. Consequently, this candidate will need to be an industry and functional domain expert in the commercial drone area as he/she will be called upon to make decisions on behalf of the vision of the team with internal and external stakeholders. The product marking and systems Integration lead will partner closely with the development and engineering teams, sales enablement, marketing and manufacturing teams. This is the single role that will see and own the entire flow of work from prototype to product launch.Key deliverablesOwn the commercial product roadmapDeliver products with the features and in the timing that the market needs and is asking for.Define customer requirements, personas and use casesEnsure end to end alignment between teams development, engineering, program office to deliver products to marketImplement product strategies that position the business to shape and capitalize on emerging commercial drone market needs . Conduct complex analysis, including the analysis of business metrics, portfolio performance, sub-segment penetration, Client behavioral profiles and competitive product & program assessment, to identify gaps and opportunities.
Track record of taking multiple products from development to market.Demonstrated global leadership skills with direct reports, matrix reports, and senior key business partners to deliver results. Effective in developing and executing on strategies for growing the business and motivating and inspiring geographically disperse teams partnerships, demand generation, co-selling Demonstrated ability to navigate a large corporate environment and collaborate to increase capabilities to provide customer centric solutions to our partners. Proven Business and Financial acumen: understands the market segment, related industries and operational capabilities. Led strategic initiatives or projects that resulted in new business model implementations.10-15 years marketing & customer experience a plusBeside the experience, the ability to work in a highly matrixed and collaborative environment is required. The candidate must have demonstrated strong drive to accomplish high-impact results, setting tough goals for himself/herself and executing to it, energetic and positive spirits taking pride in achievements, and straightforwardness in dealing with others in a direct and productive manner.
