Sr. Technology Strategist – Cyber Security

Job Description

Responsible for development of holistic Cyber Security strategy to the Connected Home. Conduct market analysis, competitive analysis, and technology studies to identify, quantify, and prioritize emerging Cyber Security threats associated with the raise of Smart Homes. Ultimately, be awesome at understanding what and how to build things people need even if they don't know it yet. Build strategic partnerships within other groups in Intel and advise Intel key executives on identified new business opportunities and emerging technologies. Contributes to Connected Home business strategy development or other strategic projects as appropriate.Responsibilities:-Maintain strong understanding of emerging threats and of relevant technologies.-Gather and synthesize requirements to define a compelling product-Develop new technical architectures for innovative projects and proof-of-concepts-Have a strategic engagement across various groups within Intel CHD and external industry thought leaders-Produce case studies, white papers, presentations, and other materials to help evangelize solutions and products.

Develop internal relationships and processes across Intel to better utilize common resource pools -Develop 3rd party ecosystem partnerships across the group business lines and engineering teams to meet near term and long term strategic objectives-Represent CHD as one voice to external 3rd parties to develop strong business relationships, identify resource needs and drive make vs. buy decisions as part of partner evaluations


The candidate should have a technical bachelor degree in engineering or science domain. The successful candidate must be very good at establishing respected and trusted relationships across multiple levels including executive management. The ability to influence stakeholders and to think out of the box creatively to identify collaborative opportunities across Intel to synergize CHD's business on a broader scale across Intel is critical. The candidate may get involved in developing external strategic partnerships, so experience in this area is a plus.-A MBA or similar degree is highly desirable-10 years of relevant experience in strategy development, marketing, business development -Expertise in Next Gen Access is highly desirableDesired SkillsInnovation should be part of your DNA and the ambition to change the industry.
