International Tax Senior Analyst

Job Description
Overview: This position is responsible for assisting with the timely and accurate preparation and filing of the U.S. compliance requirements of international operations, assisting the International Tax Manager and International Tax Director with transfer pricing and cash tax planning. The International Tax Senior Analyst will be responsible for data gathering processes, preparation of tax calculations , preparation of U.S. international informational forms e.g. Forms 5471, 8858, and 1118, and tracking progress towards completion of the compliance plan.Responsibility detail: Assist the International Tax Director, International Tax Manager, and external advisors on international tax planning, including M&A, tax structuring, cash repatriation planning, international reorganizations, tax incentives Assist the Manager with U.S. tax aspects of foreign operations, including FTC position and utilization, maintenance of E&P and tax pools, Subpart F income, and other attributes driving U.S. tax liability on foreign activitiesAssist International Tax Manager with U.S. tax aspects of foreign operations, including calculation of foreign tax credit, earnings & profits, Subpart F income, and other attributes driving U.S. tax liability on foreign activitiesCoordinate with federal team on the preparation of the consolidated U.S. income tax return and prepare international Forms e.g. Forms 1118, 5471, 8858, etc.Participate in development and implementation of transfer pricing strategy and policies, BEPS compliance and preparation of intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentationResearch and document tax technical issues and monitor key U.S. and foreign tax legislative or regulatory initiatives


3-5 years of international tax experience with a public accounting firm or a multinational corporation.Background in international taxes and related compliance processes.Knowledge of partnership taxation a plus. BA/BS in Accounting or Finance. Must work well both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environment and against established deadlines.Strong leadership, organizational, verbal and written communications skills.
