This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for managing and growing the business between Intel and assigned OEM customers by establishing and cultivating strategic relationships with them. Upon understanding OEM customer's own business, align them with Intel's business direction and strategy, come out account development strategy and plan, and line up internal resources and guide account team to maximize the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term and increase the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer, Marketing Development Manager (MDM), Alliance Manager (SRM) through the alignment of business direction, strategy, product roadmap, marketing program and tech standard. Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.
As TAM, you will be responsible for a handful of large accounts in the UK Nordic region.
For these accounts, you will define and own measurable sales results and designs targets, working hand in hand with a local FAE colleague (Field Application Engineer), the automotive BU (US/EMEA) and various stakeholders within the company. You will report directly to the Automotive Sales Director EMEA (Munich based)

Essential Skills/Qualifications :
Engineering or bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent in a senior customer facing role in the automotive industry.
Strong, concise communicator with excellent presenter skills (able to present to executive management of Intel and customer executive teams)
Strong team player, while also been a real sales leader/owner driving programs within the customers and within the Intel organization
We seek an a real business owner who combines passion, energy with vision and strategic thinking while also been able to tactically drive several programs (design wins) to full closure.
The candidate must have ;
- a good technical understanding of the automotive requirements, landscape (OEM/Tier1/SW-HW requirements)
- a vision on the innovations taking place specifically in ADAS including the challenges OEMs will face towards fully autonomous driving cars
International experience, knowing cultural differences, good soft skills
Understand how the corporate world works
Been results oriented with a good intrinsic feeling towards what the priorities need to be to win business
Self-motivated, been able to work independantly (potentially Home Office based, assumed +25% travel within EMEA and few trips/year to US)
Been able to make clear and concise customer account planning presentation so the Intel stakeholders (executives, technical staff, peers..) all have a clear understanding what needs to be done to close, win programs.
