We are looking for a candidate to manage direct end user relationships on behalf of Intel Security to deliver value based solutions which utilise the Intel Security product portfolio solutions to our top Enterprise clients in Germany.
The role involves creating the need for a long term strategic relationship, whilst also identifying and closing new business opportunities based on solutions deliverable today. Reports to: Regional Director Location: Germany - Duisburg
Specific Responsibilities/Functions exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Building and maintaining a constant/future accurate pipeline. Engage and present at multi levels within an account including board level. Develop, maintain and implement account plans and opportunity plans.
Maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Manage order process from end user via channel partners to closure. Engage with appropriate channel partners. Management of sales CRM tool.
Managing your own time and attend team meetings & account reviews. Engage Intel Security senior execs where required within the German territory. Work in conjunction with internal sales team.
Leverage product and technical specialists. Manage designated territory to maximise both short and long term opportunities.
Keep knowledge up to date of the Security market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of Intel Security products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support.
Produce weekly accurate forecasting. Demonstrable track record of high value sales.
Understanding of and demonstrable track record of utilising a recognised sales methodology.
A self-starter needing low level management time and attention to perform day to day responsibilities.
Engages management up to C and Board level within a client base to enhance political alignment.
Competent and experienced in the application of Target Account Selling methodology or other Sales/Business methodologies.
Works closely with and understands how to engage members of the technical services and professional services organisation early in the sales cycle.
Objectives may include revenue, margin, volume, MSS, product mix as defined by management. Responsible for driving incremental demand creation effort with customers for developing Intel’s products, solutions, or services.
Identifies potential customers, initiating a sales relationship, preparing and presenting a solution, and finalizing the sales process.
Leverage internal technical resources as needed to meet customer solution requirements. Has an understanding of the portfolio of Intel software products and solutions and introduces potential customers to Intel software products and software/hardware solutions.
Analyzes the customer environment to understand customer needs and collaborates with technical resources to provide expertise as needed to meet customer requirements.
Works closely with customers to drive POC's and/or various GTM activities. Upsells/cross sell Intel products and solutions based on customer need.
Has decision making/negotiating authority within generally defined guidelines with some room for interpretation.
Generates demand with resellers and end-user customers and growing mindshare, product awareness, and business relationships.
Works closely with Intel geo SMG field sales teams to drive customer adoptions of Intel SW and services. Develops relationships internally with XPGs and various stakeholders.
