Job Description The successful candidate will become the senior leader for Antitrust and Competition law strategy and counseling for Intel's Data Center Group (DCG). DCG develops, markets and sells CPUs and a wide range of other silicon, software and solution-level products to a wide variety of customers and industries all over the world. It is a fast growing, diversifying business at the forefront of transformative technological and economic trends in cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence and advanced communications, among other areas.
This position, reporting to the Associate General Counsel for DCG, will lead a broad range of internal and external experts to develop and implement a creative, broad based, multi-year strategy to understand, anticipate and mitigate antitrust and competition risks faced by DCG. He or she will work with the DCG legal team, as well as directly with the GM and senior staff of DCG, to understand the competition landscape, challenges and threats faced by Intel's large, diverse and rapidly expanding Data Center business, and to provide world class real time advice and proactive strategy to ensure that the business follows both the letter and the spirit of worldwide competition laws while still competing aggressively and effectively.
At least ten years of directly relevant experience, and excellent results, in Antitrust and competition enforcement, defense and counseling, including US, EU and other significant jurisdictions. Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly, efficiently and effectively with C-level business executives. Excellent collaboration and teaming skills with both legal and business colleagues at different levels of seniority and sophistication. Must be a member in good standing of a US state bar, or able to obtain admission by waiver or reciprocity.
