Help familiarize candidates with the positions and teams they're pursuing, as well as the culture, values, and career-boosting benefits of Intel. Communicate effectively with candidates to provide timely follow-up and feedback and to realistically assess fitness and manage expectations. Strongly close with selected candidates, so they accept offers of employment with Intel. Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from start to finish. Ensure team success by working in a collaborative, solutions-oriented manner. Actively participate in results-driven team meetings. Devise creative and collaborative win/win solutions.

Minimum Qualifications: At least four years of Sales Recruiting experience performing essential end-to-end recruiting functions such as communicating, advising,coordinating with hiring managers and sourcing, assessing, guiding, networking closing candidates within an IT software environment.IT Security industry sector experience highly desired acomprehensive understanding ofbusiness/recruitment driversIn addition the successful candidate would also have:Knowledge and skills necessary to tap a wide variety of traditional and emerging sourcing channels and to utilize the most effective ones for different positions.Successful experience serving as a recruiting ambassador to candidates and external organizations in person and online, through the Web and social media.Knowledge and ability to keep abreast of both business and labor market environments and trends, including the competitive landscape.
