DescriptionThis position is responsible for program managing content definitions/specifications, the development and execution of Intel Custom Foundry Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs AMS IPs on multiple foundry process technologies that are used by our customers for the implementation of their SOCs. This role actively participates in AMS IP roadmap planning, conducts risk management, coordinates schedule development, manages execution, and resolves multiple dependencies across a cross-site functional development and QA team. This position is also responsible for managing and prioritizing numerous contending IP deliveries to customers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Work with internal development partner organizations and/or external Foundry IP suppliers for outsourcing possible IP development.- Drive the closure of scope, technical requirements, & schedule in Statement of Work SOW with Foundry IP suppliers, ICF technical team, and ICF business team.- Act as the focal point of contact, coordinator, managing all external and internal communications & escalations- Work closely with ICF IP supplier, technical leads and project owners to drive project planning and execution.- Ensure projects are well-planned, executed efficiently, and delivered with high quality.- Manage and maintain project information, including feature definition and scope, and delivery schedules.- Identify and manage risks and unknowns, and define and drive resolution plans.- Manage cross team dependencies, priority support requests, and coordinate cross-team initiatives and blocking issues.- Track and ensure release criteria are met against project lifecycles.- Define, manage and maintain standard project management indicators and communicate project status across the ICF team. - Interact with functional area design engineers to understand IP definition, specifications, features, development roadblocks and dependencies. - Coordinate with customer application solution engineers to clarify, schedule, prioritize or disposition new capability and enhancement requests Drives technical sessions with customers / IP supplier partners

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related field of study with a minimum of 6+years of relevant experience in silicon design and/or engineering management OR a MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related field of study with 4+ years of related experience. Additional qualifications include:- Self-disciplined, motivated and innovative, with the ability to manage tasks of broad scope and large complexity through all phases of the design cycle. - Demonstrated ability to help teams define clear deliverables and meet the schedule- Strong technical background, and ability to understand complex product/project functionality, design, and technical issues in order to drive priorities, trade-offs, and resolutions.- Extremely well-organized with project information, attention to detail, and exacting quality standards.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in the areas of teamwork and influencing skills, and ability to facilitate dynamic meetings and discussions.- Ability to manage and multi-task across multiple projects and teams. - Experience working with remote teams.- Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders experience with a rapidly scaling business is a plus. - Highly analytical, good at breaking down problems and delivering results.- Comfortable with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape.- Good understanding of leading edge process technologies, devices and the interactions with circuit design - Familiar with custom analog and digital design styles, flows, tools and methodologies- Familiarity with Standards: DDR4/3/2, LPDDR4/3/, HBM, WIDE IO 2/1, USB2.0 USB3.0, MIPI CSI, DSI, PCIe, DP, HDMI is Plus.- Working experience with project scheduling tools and indicator development, including MS Project and/or ProChain is Plus- Experience with Program Management practices including Risk Management, - Change-Control, and Effort/Resource Planning/Tracking processes
