The team is tasked with managing problems and escalations from the PC and Client computing environment within Intel. In this position, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions and optimizing support processes for Client Services personnel, Service Management in line with ITIL compliant processes. Develop, implement and maintain computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Activities include documenting decisions, adhering to standards and communicating with business groups.

qualifications:- Experience working in agile methodologies would be an added advantage - Knowledge in C, ASP.NET, SQL, nosql, web and client programming.
