Senior Schedule Integration Manager

Job Description
Job SummaryAs a Schedule Integration Manager, you will be an integral member of the Schedule Integration team, supporting overall project schedule management. Your primary responsibilities will include: Expansion project milestones management, tool installation schedule development and management, report development and system administration. You will enable collaboration within Fab68 by working closely with the stakeholders on all schedule related tasks.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the prioritization of schedule related projectsApply project management principles through all phases initiate, plan, execute, closeoutDevelop and manage the tool installation schedule for ramp projectsAnalyze data, highlighting key performance trends and issues, and identifying potential solutionsConduct research and benchmarking to identify, design, and implement world class schedule performanceEnsure effective rollouts of schedule related changes with proactive communication to all stakeholders and ensure their successful adoption


Job QualificationsIndustry related college degree or equivalent experience. A scientific, engineering, or business degree is preferred.Experience, Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesAble to lead cross-functional teams to meet project/program deliverablesExcellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making capabilitiesExcellent communication and documentation skills Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervisionProven ability to solicit feedback, accept input and analyze success and failureAble to receive and reciprocate tactful constructive feedback to team members and customersVery strong Microsoft Excel/Project skills, good at coding.
