Comprehensive knowledge and extended experience on organizational development, especially organization assessment, organization system and design, transition and change management is required. Excellent skills in stakeholder management, experience in working with senior management, facilitation on strategic collaboration and alignment, consulting and professional execution excellence, project management and ability to work in highly complex organizational structures.For this position, we are seeking Master's Degree students with at least 3 semesters left for their studies.Candidates must be available for at least 3.5 days per weeks some evening work will be required due to the global nature of the role.Experience in Organizational Consulting is required, as well as capability to communicate in English and Hebrew.
