Job Description

Help support multiple on-going projects, as well as contributing to the next process node CAD tool evaluations, bring up tools and flow, as well as support PDK in the areas of custom design entry tools (such as schematic and layout captures), custom design construction tools (such as netlistings, stream-outs, LEF/DEF, device-level router/placers)

  • Also perform local design team support for Intel PSG's San Jose design center on the tools mentioned above, bug fixes, tool enhancements, and collaborates with EDA vendors.


The successful candidate's minimum qualifications will include the following:
o MS degree or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
o Strong coding skills with deep knowledge on the current EDA vendor custom design tools (such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Designer/Maxwell) are required.
o Familiarity on SKILL programming language and TCL programming language are must
