Job Description
The Foundry Design Kit (FDK) group within the Intel Custom Foundry (ICF) organization is looking for qualified Design Automation (DA) candidates to develop, validate/QA and support Intel Custom Foundry Process Design Kit (PDK) collateral and kit releases to foundry customers. If you have a strong technical background and like customer interaction, this is the position for you. Intel Custom Foundry (ICF) Design Kit team is looking for candidates with strong technical skills in SOC/IP/ASIC design and methodology to work with our customers. You will drive ICF technologies and solutions into customer’s engineering teams as well as be the customer advocate back into the ICF Design Kit team. The responsibilities for this position include: 1. Technical management of customer accounts – participating in customer project life cycle, preparing and delivering technical training/presentations and supporting pre-sales activities 2. Provide ongoing support on ASIC and Custom design kit issues, Reliability and Design verification; tight collaboration with internal development teams and CAD vendors on issue resolution 3. Create content and drive quality of design kit documentation going to customers. 4. Promote customers use ICF best known methods. 5. Knock down all barriers to successful 22nm/14nm customer tape-ins


Required Qualifications:-BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: - SOC design methodology, SOC Integration, IP development, ASIC Design, Foundry Design Enablement/Automation-Must have expertize with minimum of 2 years in industry CAD tools in physical design/verification (runsets and fill) or timing/reliability verification.Preferred Qualifications –- Exposure to using EDA vendor tools, such as Cadence Virtuoso, Synopsys Custom Designer, ICV, Calibre, StarRC, GDSII databases, DRC/LVS, ICC/Innovus and Apache Redhawk, Apache Totem.-Proficiency in scripting languages such as Tcl, Perl,
