Traffic Specialist 2

Job Description

As Traffic Coordinator, you will oversee the daily shipping operation to ensure all orders are prioritized and shipped as scheduled.  You will ensure all international shipments have proper shipping documents and are compliant with all Export regulations.  Resolve issues with carriers and forwarders for shipments that are delayed or held up in Customs.  In addition to these responsibilities, you will be working in Shipping and Receiving and supporting all functions throughout the department, which may include delivering of incoming and outgoing packages and mail.  You will interface with members of Planning, Customer Service and other external departments.  Ability to communicate professionally is required.


2+ years experience in Traffic Coordinator, Inventory Control, and Shipping and Receiving positions. Must be PC literate. Experience with SAP a plus. Must be detail oriented and accomplish functions in a neat and accurate manner. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
