5G+ System Researcher ICE

Job Description

Intel Labs is looking for talented researchers for state-of-the-art research in MAC and RRM for future generation wireless networks and devices. The candidate will be joining the Wireless Communication Research Lab within Intel Labs.

The areas you will be working on include but not be limited to: ‘

  • Develop System-Level simulation tools;
  • Design and evaluate advanced MAC/RRM algorithms and protocols for 5G+ networks;
  • Analyze system-level performance;
  • Create IP for Intel.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You must possess an MS Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Engineering or PhD in Wireless communications or Computer Science or Computer Engineering with relevant industry research experience.
  • The candidate should have solid background in MAC-layer and/or physical-layer wireless communications, wireless access technology, interference management, and signal processing.
  • You must be familiar with Matlab simulation and/or other tools/languages such as C++ and NS3 for simulation.
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
