Responsible for the Linux driver development and integration. Knowledge of specific type of device driver being implemented, e.g.. Linux storage, low power I/Os, USB, etc. Extensively unit tests their implementation. Can code to standards and integrate with existing solutions. Software development skills (C & C++). Ability to analyze protocols and specs to troubleshoot system integration issues

Qualifications You must possess a Bachelor's or a Master's degree or a Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additional qualifications include: - Knowledge of Intel architecture and PC system architecture is a plus- Working knowledge in Linux driver development, testing and/or integration - Working knowledge in C/C++ and/or assembly programming - Ability to work independently and interdependently effectively - Good communication skills
