Job Description / Scope: - Global Decision maker for the e2e business process health alignment within and outside Order Fulfillment organization. - Responsible for Data mining, analyze trends, root cause analysis, experiments and drive global improvements within processes owned. - Performs process data analysis towards leading process improvement ideas/ projects and optimization efforts that impact KPI's and efficiency targets. - Synchronize E2E process improvement plans with other E2E process owners within the organization, making sure it's all aligned with OFS goals and other interfacing departments outside the org.- Creates strategic proposals of E2E process (ideal state, vision, value proposition). Leads strategic alignment of E2E process groups.- Accountable to build and present process operational reviews and its accountable for process health and risk management. - Coordinate global/local process execution is aligned with business strategies/objectives. - Owns process learning plans, training & process documentation. - Responsible to identify and document local exceptions to global standards. - Supports and promotes proper use of Change management and Excursion management. - Participates in the development and improvement of systems and tools to drive efficiencies across the organization. Works with cross organizational teams to solve problems and drive supply chain solutions.- Support PO Release & PO Change Request. - Resolve payment blocks.

Qualification: -Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. - Ability to extract high amount of Data from different sources. - Quality, BPM, Lean & continuous improvement culture skills (preferred with certifications). - Able to perform data analysis and reports (commonalities, trends, outliers, histograms, paretto, etc). - Work effectively with wide range of business partners and senior program management. - Communication Skills: Display tact and professionalism in your communications, creates and delivers effective presentation within group, written communication are grammatically and structurally correct, practice constructive confrontation skills - Customer Orientation: Anticipates customer needs and proactively provides solutions, role models good customer service skills - Problem Solving: Utilizes data to identify problem and propose solution. Process experimentation concepts is highly desired.
