As a Test Development Engineer, you will define and implement advanced Design for Test (DFT) features for next generation FPGAs. Your DFT responsibility involves working closely with various Design teams (programmable logic, memory, digital IP, analog and high-speed SERDES) from the initial IP/product planning phase through design implementation and verification. You will also be defining test methodologies, developing test benches & running simulations, deploying test patterns and validating them on silicon. Test methods may include BIST, ATPG, System-level/Functional and Parametric testing to achieve high product quality. You may need to interact with process technology teams to uncover potential defect mechanisms. Your work also supports product teams with yield improvement and high-speed SERDES characterization.
