Senior Analyst Demand Planning

Job Description

As a Senior Analyst Demand Planning, you will forecast and measure world-wide unit demand for PSG devices which is used to plan supply chain capacity and material procurement requirements.  This position requires you to collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and 3rd-party personnel in order to understand product lifecycle management strategies, macro-economic and end customer specific demand, supply chain capability, and corporate financial targets.  In addition, you will be expected to participate in cross-functional and geographically dispersed working groups in order to maintain integrated and efficient corporate forecasting processes and systems, measurements and analytics. This role supports and hosts the Sales and Operations Planning Process and manages the communication on key supply parameters towards sales and marketing. Participation and leadership in transformational supply chain projects will be part of this responsibility


The successful candidate's minimum qualifications will include the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or equivalent
• minimum of 7 years of high-tech or consumer goods industry experience

post-graduate studies involving financial analysis, forecasting or operations and supply chain planning
• Strong Business Acumen
• Proven analytic capability
• Familiarity with forecasting software tools such as i2/JDA Demand Manager, SAS or equivalent
• Excellent grasp of data analytics and statistics
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with data mining software
• Ability to quickly establish credibility & foster collaborative relationships across functional and geographic dispersed teams
• Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
