Kulim Supply Chain Engineer

Job Description
Kulim Supply Chain Engineer who responsible for material quality, yield and performance in the factory. Understand factory requirements and supplier capability to ensure adequate spec coverage in procurement spec/drawing. Ensure high quality incoming materials and work with commodity engineer to drive upstream quality (include NPI) to supplier operation to meet customers' expectations and build plan need. Collaborate with internal partner to improve cost, manufacturability issue and product yield performance. This includes managing supplier quality indicators through continuous improvement programs/JDT to improve materials quality and support CM/SME/CE/SC3 to drive cost down.Support ScopeFactory Sustaining on Substrate Commodities and IDM Commodities


The successful applicant must possess a Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years relevant supply chain engineering experience. In addition the ideal candidate will have the following skills: -Ability to analyze and execute complex quality issue or qualification across various commodity.-Must have demonstrated experience in setting strategic direction and successfully managing and leading a team across multiple countries. -Strong ability to partner with and influence key stakeholders both internally and externally -Capability to ramp quickly on new initiatives and demonstrated skills to drive broad based adoption of the initiatives. -Must be an effective communicator of both written and verbal information to all levels of management and across diverse cross-functional teams. -Proven ability to deal with a high tolerance of ambiguity and to support multiple concurrent projects and activities.
