Venture is seeking Intel's highest potential problem solvers and collaborators to join our 2017 cohort. You will be responsible for solving high-profile corporate problems, selected by our Executive Office and sponsored by company leaders. This is a visible position meant to identify and prepare the next generation of Intel leadership.
How Does It Work?
Venture is Intel's flagship leadership development program within Human Resource's Technical Leadership and Learning organization; membership is a 24-month full-time position. You will be a part of a diverse cohort of engineers and business leaders from a variety of educational and experiential backgrounds. Within the cohort, you will be part of a smaller, specialized team of both college graduates as well as experienced Intel employees. You will be assigned an executive sponsor to guide the team's progress as you work with your team on your group's big idea.

What Happens After Two Years?
After two years, all Venture teams will be absorbed in their executive sponsor's business unit or the business unit where they've had the most impact.

1 year + of relevant, full-time experience.
1 year + experienced in Software, Hardware, Manufacturing, and Development.
