This role owns the consumer journey in media, be forward thinking, particularly in the area of digital, especially as we shift the focus to programmatic, native storytelling, mobile, and social. The desire is to build a best in class media practice deeply rooted in digital capabilities, data management, and customer insights.The Consumer Campaign Media Manager role is a part of the America's Digital Marketing and Media team and is primarily responsible for the strategy and execution of all the ATL media across all global marketing consumer campaigns executed in the United States. This would include traditional channels like Television, Radio, Print, Cinema, Out of Home and Digital channels like Display, Social, Native, Search and mobile. This position works very closely with the integrated team of Marketing strategy leads, Consumer Campaign Manager, Country Consumer Marketing Managers, Global Media team and America's Digital Marketing and Media team members across all consumer campaigns. Qualified candidates should have knowledge and understanding of the customer personas and the buyer's journey, which is critical to the role. This role will be instrumental in connecting the dots from initial planning with the media agency, internal stakeholder approvals, execution, optimization and final measurement. This position works very closely with the Digital Analytics team and the Global marketing Insights team to measure behavioral and attitudinal indicators for every campaign. This position manages the media agency for the US across things like resource management, retainer agreements, financials and agency ratings. Required Skills/Experience:- 10+ years of developing and leading integrated media strategies, plans and campaigns, with a US focus- Experience with the planning and execution of consumer campaigns across multiple marketing groups- Strong digital paid media experience across programmatic, search, social and content marketing- Able to initiate and drive opportunities independently, while operating in a complex organization, in an environment that changes quickly.- Knowledge strategic application of marketing capabilities such as DMPs, DSPs, and other campaign toolsPreferred Skills/Experience- BA/BS degree or MBA- Either Technology category experience or global/international experience- Prior experienced with a solid technical affinity, proven ability to create media plans that are across traditional and digital media- General knowledge of Intel's consumer audiences like 'Passive but interested buyers' and 'Gaming Enthusiasts' with the move to a more personalized type campaigns in the future.- An understanding of how digital and social channels work and how branded communities are built.
