Vision System Engineer

The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) has been delivering industry-leading custom logic solutions to customers since inventing the world's first reprogrammable logic device in 1984. In order to take advantage of the many opportunities that we see in the future for FPGA’s, Intel PSG is looking for talented, highly motivated candidates to develop Embedded Machine Vision and Machine Learning solutions targeting Internet of Things applications. These include the driverless car, smart city and machine vision systems.
As a Vision System Engineer in System Solution Engineering department, you will be responsible for applying mathematical, software and algorithms engineering skills to design and develop embedded vision and machine learning solutions. You will work and collaborate in a rapid learning environment, alongside industry experts and the most innovative automotive manufacturers to accelerate next generation autonomous driving algorithms through highly optimized embedded FPGA implementations. Inside this Business Group
.• M.S in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent degree
• 2 years of experience, or 3 different internships, in field of FPGA design.
• 1 year in Software Development using C/C++ or OpenCL or CUDA
• 1 years in FPGA design using RTL (Verilog or VHDL)
Additional (Preferred) Qualifications:
• Experience with MATLAB/ Simulink
• 2 years in Machine Vision Algorithms
• 1 year in Machine Learning Algorithms
