The Data Analyst will partner with the Corporate Services business groups to perform data analysis, identify trends, drive consistency in how we manage with data and drive strategies that lead to breakthroughs in the way we operate. The data analyst will be an integral part of Corporate Services driving competitive intelligence through advanced analytic techniques to innovate across the organization. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: - Works proactively with the business groups to understand data required now and in the future to support the business needs. - Conducts analysis on key business objectives, synthesizes and interprets data through the recognition of trends and causal patterns using statistical analysis, draws conclusions, and makes preliminary recommendations. - Develops, implements, and manages data gathering and analysis processes including indicators and reports. - Provide current data/trends and build statistical models to forecast trends. - Remain actively aware of industry analyst reports and trends as related to the CS core business. - Excel at working with cross-organizational project teams and interact closely with business and technical development teams and Database Administrators to provide guidance and support on requirements gathering and data design. - Ensures that all data quality deliverables are completed in support of the programs and projects to which they are assigned, ensuring program designs meet data quality standards. - Establish standards, guidelines, procedures, and other infrastructure necessary to support the objective of integration of data.


Minimum Qualifications: - Master degree in Statistics, Economics or Finance. - Applicants must have a legal right to work in the US without sponsorship. Preferred Skills: - Data modeling and analysis experience, developing databases in support of business applications and data warehouse reporting structures. - Solid understanding of relational database and application design. - Proficiency in entity relationship diagramming (data modeling) at the conceptual, logical and physical levels, including the capture of appropriate business and technical metadata. - Dimensional modeling experience, preferably in an enterprise data warehouse environment. - Strong analytical skills, especially with regard to tracing and understanding data flows and transformations. - Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and self-management. - Stakeholder Management skills including the ability to communicate effectively to management (oral and written). - Ability to operate successfully in a rapidly growing and changing environment, competing customer priorities, and a dynamic project roadmap. - Demonstrated leadership and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision - Excellent problem solving, analytical, and effective communication skills.
