Demand Supply Planning Team Leader & Analyst (m/f)

Job Description
Intel is looking for an external manufacturing supply planning team leader who will ensure and improve the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the business units (BU’s) supported. In this role at Intel, you'll: • Own the business process implementation and improvement of the foundational supply planning processes for external and hybrid manufacturing (generation of build plan in response to demand signals, business unit roadmaps, customer requirements, and revenue targets). Monitor statement of supply to ensure customer orders are fulfilled and BU revenue targets are realized.• Partner with related organizations to develop a unified operations model and integrated business plan to deliver and accurate statement of supply across all product lines. Resolve escalate issues real time and be able to articulate the story clearly to get help needed.• Coordinate and optimize operations across demand supply planners, including sharing of best practices and driving process standardization. • Provide daily guidance, direction, coaching to demand supply planners across multiple geos as needed including employee development performance management.• Implement and improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the Supply Planning Operations team goals drive improvements to key performance indicators.


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration with 7+years of experience in relevant supply planning operations.• Proficient use and role modeling of LEAN methods and processes in everything you do, with an emphasis on critical thinking, standardization, and operating with a sense of urgency.• Ability to manage teams across multiple business units geos, with clear expectation setting strong desire to elevate the capabilities of the team.• Strong knowledge of supply chain, business acumen, understanding of Intel's product portfolio, customer base, manufacturing flows.• Broad operations and influencing skill sets emphasizing leadership and crisp communication.• Must be able travel to Asia, Europe, US as needed.
