As a National SI Development Manager you will be responsible for driving all aspects of strategy, deal pipeline, and revenue attainment for Regional Solution Integrators. This role owns both growing our overall Intel technology adoption - with an emphasis on Datacenter technologies -- within our overall business in conjunction with Intel account executives, the online sales center, partner marketing and fellow travelers. The NSDM is the face of Intel at our partner accounts so leadership, organization, relationship building and influence selling are critical skills. Teamwork and collaboration are a must, as it is expected that this role will work closely with other members of the sales teams, our business units, verticals, executives, and our fellow travelers to focus all available resources to achieve Intel objectives. Responsibilities will include: -Growing a multi-million $ account base rich with datacenter, memory and IOT opportunities. -Leading segment/technology-specialized focus, aligned with DCG growth priorities. -All aspects of strategic account management with leading data center centric solution providers -Establishing executive relationships with key internal and external personnel to deliver on technical adoption and critical revenue targets. -Lead teams at the deal level to remove roadblocks meeting customer needs and accelerating time to revenue. -Evangelist for Intel Solutions and technologies that drive business transformation. -Align closely with engineering support for customer feedback on deal requirements. -Voice of the customer feedback into Intel This is a commissioned role.

Qualifications: -Successful sales professional with strong executive relationship and account management skills. -7+ years of experience in solution selling roles w/ significant experience directly with F500 accounts -National or strong regional experience and an excellent knowledge in selling with/through a Solution Provider -Excellent cross-functional team leadership and strong influence/matrix management skills -Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and objectives using a virtual team approach. -Proven ability to innovate, communicate, and collaborate effectively with fellow travelers and internal stakeholders. -Bachelor degree in relevant technical or business field Additional qualifications include: -Experience in setting and implementing strategic vision and strategies with major accounts that have resulted in significant revenue growth and major design wins. -Strong ability to sell solutions and drive solution acumen through the solution provider. Key solutions include: Datacenter-on-prem, hybrid, HPC, Virtualization, SDI, NFV; Mobility; Internet of Things-Retail, Energy, Smart Building, and Transportation. -Proven track record of creating, managing and operating in virtual teams - driving strategies, tactics and goals/objectives for growth and new market development -Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of navigating complex customer engagements -Strong ecosystem understanding: OEM and ISV Partners, Data Center solutions. -Proven ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels across internal/external stakeholders -Strong knowledge of Intel's strategies, products, and key verticals -Experience creating MOUs and driving sales development programs -Good public speaker and trainer
