As a Corporate Services Project Manager, you will be required to think like an owner, manage stakeholders/executive sponsors and scope, identify and manage risks, track and adjust project schedules, proactively identify issues and solutions, and drive results. The project manager position will be expected to drive projects of broad scope and high complexity. - Planning and managing global projects directly related to software implementations. - Leads the project team and is key interface to the project contributors and executive sponsors. - Identifies and refines project objectives and has decision making authority at the project level. - Expected to develop solutions to problems by exercising judgment and discretion. - Interprets and applies controlling business strategies or corporate policies and deviates as judged appropriate. - Identifies tasks and research, determines dependencies, assesses costs, and identifies and assigns specific resources, and communicates expectations to team members. - Creates/tracks/adjusts the program or project schedule. - Assesses risks and identifies issues and solutions to timely and efficiently achieve program goals or project objectives while maintaining quality standards. - Monitors progress against schedule and determines and takes remedial action as appropriate. - Coordinates and prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions. - Plans and schedules work ensure the completion of intermediate milestones and overall program or project in timely manner. - Understands and has a passion for software technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined projects.


Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business Administration/Operations, Finance or equivalent. - 2 years of Internship experienced and/or relative job experience. - Applicants must have a legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship. Additional Qualifications: - Project Management certification (PMP) preferred. - Excellent understanding and execution of the Project Life Cycle including the SDLC. - Proven experience in managing stakeholders and sponsors of programs and projects and able to manage scope and change. - Demonstrated ability to develop business cases, effectively obtain approvals from management for people, financial, and technical resources, create a comprehensive project plan from start to finish, and manage all key milestones. - Ability to analyze data, solve problems, scope/prioritize technical requirements and think/act decisively in a deadline-driven environment. - Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and dealing with confrontation. - Proven leadership, excellent communication skills, a self-starter and team player. - Maintains critical project success indicators to ensure disciplined execution of projects and timely escalations when required. - Innovative, risk-taker with the ability to challenge current practices and develop creative approaches/solutions to meet or exceed customer expectations.
