Job Description
One of Intel's fastest-growing business groups is looking for new college graduates to work in various areas of software engineering. Intel's NVM Solutions Group (NSG) is an industry leader in Solid-State Drive (SSD) products and is responsible for the new 3D XPoint(tm) Technology, the first breakthrough storage/memory technology the industry has seen in decades that Intel just announced in July. As a member of the Software Validation and Capabilities team within NSG, you could be working as an Integration, Validation, or DevOps software engineer supporting test/validation of revolutionary new storage technologies. Many different software engineering and related opportunities exist for new college graduates. Do you hunger to be knee-deep in new technology? You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.Minimum Qualifications:- The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.- 6+ months of experience in object-oriented software design, development and algorithms.- 6+ months of experience with multiple programming languages.- The candidate must have legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications:- 6+ months of experience in hardware/software interaction.- Relevant internships and real-world experience related.

Non-Volatile Solutions Memory Group:  The Non-Volatile Memory Solutions Group is a worldwide organization that delivers NAND flash memory products for use in Solid State Drives (SSDs), portable memory storage devices, digital camera memory cards, and other devices.  The group is responsible for NVM technology design and development, complete Solid State Drive (SSD) system hardware and firmware development, as well as wafer and SSD manufacturing.
