Technical Solution Provider Manager (EMEA)

Job Description
Job Description: This is a commissioned sales position responsible for technically evangelizing and winning the server , infrastructure, and client architectures with focused partner accounts (SI's) by offering compelling and cohesive technical solutions based on Intel products and platforms. The primary engagement is at an earlier stage of an end-user or partner project cycle and supports the efforts of the overall sales team. This position builds relationships with key account and partner executives and becomes their technology advisor through understanding their business and technical problems, and demonstrating how these can be solved through the use of Intel-based products and solutions. Additionally this position: leads the technical pre-sales phase engaging with the end customer to drive awareness and early adoption of new Intel technologies, platforms and products; provides training for the Technical Sales Force of fellow travelers in country organizations on latest IA Technologies in order to scale our technical messaging; creates excitement and demonstrates the value of the new technology through technical conferences and presentations (including the press in some countries); and may be involved with collaborative project work for trials or proof of concepts. This position may also collaborate with technical academic, government, and/or partner audiences to address design challenges.


Qualifications: -Successful technical sales professional with strong executive relationship and account management skills.-5+ years of experience in solution roles w/ significant experience directly with F500 accounts-National or strong regional experience and an excellent knowledge in working with/through a Solution Provider-Excellent cross-functional team leadership and strong influence/matrix management skills-Experience in working with/within Intel BU's. -Proven track record in exceeding objectives using a virtual team approach. -Proven ability to innovate, communicate, and collaborate effectively with fellow travelers and internal stakeholders.-Bachelor degree in relevant technical fieldAdditional qualifications include: -Experience in setting and implementing a technical vision with strategies for major accounts that have resulted in significant revenue growth and major design wins.-Strong ability to sell solutions and drive technical acumen through the solution provider. Key solutions include: Datacenter-on-prem, hybrid, HPC, Virtualization, SDI, NFV; Mobility; Internet of Things.-Proven track record of working on and operating within virtual teams - driving strategies, tactics and goals/objectives for growth and adoption of new technologies-Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of navigating complex customer engagements-Strong ecosystem understanding: OEM and ISV Partners, Data Center solutions.-Proven ability to influence at senior levels across internal/external stakeholders -Strong knowledge of Intel's strategies, products, and key verticals-Good public speaker and trainer
