This technical support team provides product and solution orientated support to partners and end customers of Intel Security's Web Protection product family. The engineers work with customers and partners through different channels such as phone, e-mail and remote access to help them resolve issues with our products and maximize their investments in our products. As everyone in the team is made a product specialist, documenting problems and solutions and making these available to peers and other teams around the globe is daily business. We are also working with other departments like Engineering and Knowledge Management to help closing our product enhancement cycle.
