Ability to work in a large, complex, matrixed environment that spans Intel HQ and geo. Structured thinker: must be able to organize and lead key meetings including creative reviews that adhere to Intel's Global Creative process. Desire for excitement. Travel may be required both domestically and internationally. Sense of humor. This is going to be a lot of work. While we ARE changing the world, ability to keep it all in perspective will really help! Experience Bachelor's degree required; Interaction Design or related disciplines. 10+ years of experience as a creative in advertising, copy or design. --If you have a art direction background: Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to execute high-level creative concepts. Basic understanding of front-end development tools techniques. Understanding of current UI standards for the web mobile, including responsive web design and video direction. --If you have a copy background: Expertise writing and directing teams across all channels and vehicles. Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to digital and social marketing. 10+ years experience developing and leading a teams. Agency experience a must. In-house agency experience a plus.
