We believe our brand and marketing need to be equally amazing. We're seeking a Creative Director to play a central role in the ongoing evolution of our iconic global brand in PRC market. This regional CD will provide inspiration and leadership across a wide range of channels and vehicles including: brand identity, advertising, experiential events, retail POS and video. This individual will collaborate with some of the most dynamic external agencies in the business to lead groundbreaking work that sets trends --- rather than following them. (Check out our global First Time PC Buyer campaign that is running in India, China and Africa.) The ideal candidate will be a right/left brain thinker that can both shape strategy and oversee through execution. He/she should have an innate intellectual curiosity about technology and experience working on global brands. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are a must. A passion for great creative (and the reel and/or awards to back it up) is essential. Lastly, they should have a willingness to travel and be flexible enough to engage as needed with teams across the globe and the time zone challenges that go with it. Job Responsibilities: Work with external agencies and internal resources to create customer-focused assets that drive engagement from awareness to purchase across multiple businesses; ensure brand integration across campaigns and channels. Work with HQ and local team to identify opportunities for campaigns to scale within geography and local country marketing initiatives. Partner with HQ and local team to ensure creative briefs are in place and that they are inspiring and clear to deliver great work. Partner with HQ and local team to drive creative reviews and related processes.


Requirements/skills: Technical Expertise. Senior creative director, ideally with a copy background. Ability to lead teams. Must have strong leadership skills and proven ability to develop talent. Demonstrated ability as an integrated marketer. Must have experience in building campaigns across digital and traditional communications Communication skills. Beyond excellent writing and presentation skills Early adopter of technology. The stuff we make is really cool. It is important that everything we do exudes this. Knowing it, living it, loving it will really help. Relationship building. Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and external partners. Ability to work in a large, complex, matrixed environment that spans Intel HQ and geo. Structured thinker: must be able to organize and lead key meetings including creative reviews that adhere to Intel's Global Creative process. Desire for excitement. Travel may be required both domestically and internationally. Sense of humor. This is going to be a lot of work. While we ARE changing the world, ability to keep it all in perspective will really help! Experience Bachelor's degree required; Interaction Design or related disciplines. 10+ years of experience as a creative in advertising, copy or design. --If you have a art direction background: Expert level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to execute high-level creative concepts. Basic understanding of front-end development tools techniques. Understanding of current UI standards for the web mobile, including responsive web design and video direction. --If you have a copy background: Expertise writing and directing teams across all channels and vehicles. Strong creative portfolio demonstrating examples applicable to digital and social marketing. 10+ years experience developing and leading a teams. Agency experience a must. In-house agency experience a plus.
