Tester Technical support Engineer

Job Description
The successful candidate will be Field Service Engineer attending customer issues and escalations. The deliverables includes customer lines down responses, DOA cases, quality issue and on-site Intel qualification support during new product ramp. Collaborate with customers on direct observation, and data collection to drive solutions through proper channel. The candidate also expected to create and execute training plan for the IQ/HVM team to support the production goals from start-up to production ramp. Expected frequent travelling across regions to provide customers support.The candidate will be looked upon for guidance and direction in development standards and best practices. The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits: - Problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer relationship management skills - Ability to work in a dynamic and team oriented environment


Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications below. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: - BS or MS in EE or Mechanical engineering or related field-Preferred Qualifications - Experience with boards debugging or system functional testing. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills - Be a strong team player
